Do you offer a free trial?
For Outdoor Training and Virtual Sessions, the first session is free and does not require a membership. Please email info@thesailife.com with your availability and we will confirm the day and time.
While we do not offer a free trial for the Self-Guided Plans, you can download our three day plan here to get a sample of what the workouts would be like.
How do I sign up for training?

What types of exercises are included in the workouts?
Based on your skill and fitness level, we focus on FORM and incorporate all types of exercises:
For online and self-paced training programs, workouts will be adjusted to what space and equipment you have available.
How long is a session?
Outdoor training and virtual sessions can run anywhere from 30-50 minutes. It is not the time that matters but the workout itself. Some intense workouts can be done in even 20 minutes. The session can also be adjusted to any time constraints you may have to make sure you're able to get the workout in!
Self-guided workouts are designed to be completed in about 30 minutes but can also vary depending on skill level and pace.
How do I contact my trainer?
Outdoor Training and Virtual Sessions include direct contact with Sai via text and phone.

What are the membership terms and cancellation policy?
Upon the start of your membership, you will need to fill out a waiver and pay for your first month. After your first month, you will be charged as follows:

How much is shipping?
We keep shipping costs simple!
How long will it take to get my order?
Because all items are printed when ordered, the time it takes to receive your order is the combination of two factors, fulfillment and shipping.
Fulfillment covers the preparation of each product including printing and packing and can take 2-7 business days.
Shipping is the time it takes to be mailed to you once it leaves the warehouse as follows:
For example, an order placed in the US can take up to 11 business days from the time of ordering because of the 7 business days to fulfill and 4 business days to ship the order.
Please note that due to Covid-19, fulfillment and shipping times may take longer because of delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
All shipping methods have tracking but frequency and details can vary depending on shipping carrier.
What is that vinegar smell and off-white residue on the clothing I ordered?
You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking printed clothing that you ordered. It's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and is not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints to help bond the ink with the fabric so that the ink doesn't flake off the garment.
The vinegar smell and residue should both go away after one wash. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent.
What is your return policy?
We generally do not accept returns and exchanges because all of our items are printed on demand. However, if you receive a damaged item or have any issues, please email us at store@thesailife.com within two weeks of delivery and include the following:
