He adapts to the space and equipment you have so you can still work out like you would if you were training in person. Sai can also recommend minimal equipment to buy to expand your workout routines. Even if you and Sai are on opposite sides of the screen, you will still get the attention and intensity as you would if you were training in person.
Depending on how often you want to work out, you can choose between 12 sessions each month (3/week) or as many times as you want to train with Sai online. If you choose the Platinum Membership with unlimited sessions, you have the flexibility to train in person if you are in the West Los Angeles area.
