2021 is Here

2020 is finally over! Woohoo!! We hope you guys had a great holiday season and now are refreshed to kick some butt in 2021.

One of the new things we will be doing this year is changing up how we do Tips of the Week. The goal for this year and beyond is to be a lot more interactive with how we give out information. Exciting times ahead!

We know exercising and eating clean can be so hard! But here at The Sai Life, we have figured out a way to get you on track. Sai has done this with his clients and it’s been a success! So in the next few weeks, we will focus on two things: REALISTIC approaches to getting fit and BUILDING one good habit onto another.

Follow these upcoming challenges and you have a chance to lose 5-10lbs in the first month!

Which days should I work out?

Ideally, either Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday to give you days in between to rest but whatever best suits your schedule so you get it done!

How long should the workouts be?
Only 20 minutes! Short and sweet. Again, REALISTIC and doable goals!

What should the workouts be?
Depends on your skill level but can range from walking to strength training. The idea is to get the heart and blood flowing.

Trainer’s Tips:

  • Use your smartphone and set the timer for 20 minutes. Once the timer goes off, you are dunzo!
  • For the people who are more advanced, make the workout challenging but not too crazy! Example: Avoid the Crossfit or Peleton type workouts for now. Remember, REALISTIC steps for the first month


Do as many rounds as you can

  • 5 Squats
  • 3 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 Crunches
