WHY IS SLEEP SO IMPORTANT?
According to the National Sleep Foundation guidelines, they advise that healthy adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night. Now for most people that might be hard to do so...
BUILDING BLOCKS CHALLENGE:
SLEEP A TOTAL OF 5-6 PER DAY
Even if you don't sleep the whole 5-6 hours at a time, every minute counts including naps.
REMINDER: As this is the Building Blocks Challenge, we want you to continue last week's challenge of working out at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes.
