Drinking Fat to Lose Fat Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbs flaxseed


DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend water and avocado.
  2. While blending, add protein powder, chia and flaxseed. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
