Fiber Optics Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water or almond milk*
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • Dash of turmeric

*unsweetened


DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend water, ice, broccoli, and avocado.
  2. While blending, add protein powder, chia seeds, ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric.
  3. Blend for another 20-30 seconds.
