DO MEN AND WOMEN HAVE DIFFERENT NUTRITIONAL NEEDS?
The essentials of a healthy diet are similar for men and women. Eat when hungry, stop when full. Choose fruits, vegetables, and protein. Avoid trans fat, excessive sodium, and added sugar. While these general recommendations apply to everyone, a more detailed nutrition and exercise plan to carry out the recommendations do vary by gender.
