LUNG POWER COMBO

Want to increase lung power in a short time?

Do each workout two times a week for a month.


Trainer’s tip:

Cardio - Monday & Thursday

Weight training - Tuesday & Friday


Cardio Workout

5 Rounds

  • 20 squats
  • Run* 100m up a hill

Take a breather for 3-5 mins or until heart rate goes back to normal.

*Walk back down the hill, never run because it’s bad for the knees.


Weight Training Workout

5 Rounds

  • 5 dumbbell push presses
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 dumbbell deadlifts
  • 30 second high knee run in place
  • 5 push-ups
  • 10 mountain climbers

The eventual goal is to do each round without stopping.


Trainer’s Tip:

Form is king so take breaks when needed. I don’t want you getting hurt.
