Shake the Sugar Shake


  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 3 pieces dark chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder


  1. Blend almond milk.
  2. While blending, add peanut butter, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and protein powder.
  3. Keep blending for 20 seconds more.
  4. Enjoy!
