HAVE A GAME PLAN GUIDE TO FITNESS

Know Thyself
  • Do I like going to the gym or staying home?
  • Do I like working out in groups or by myself?
  • Do I like to lift weights or run or yoga or a combination?
  • Do I need a trainer? If you’re in LA, I’m available 😬👍🏽.
Focus on Consistency
For the first two months:
  • Work out 3 times a week
  • Work out for 20-40 minutes per session
Focus on Form and Strength
  • Before doing any exercise or stretch, learn how to do it correctly. If you don’t want to a hire a trainer, go to YouTube.
  • Give yourself short term fitness goals. Ex. I can’t do push-ups now but by the end of the month, I want to do at least 3-5 reps.
